Nursing home workers in upstate New York have been working understaffed, underpaid and without a contract for months. Tell Ascension Living: fair pay now!

Ascension Living is offering Our Lady of Peace workers between $1 and $5 per hour below area pay standards. It also closed half the units in the facility due to the “inability to recruit and retain workers.” This means there are fewer beds available to community members who need them, and the workers are stretched to their limit.
