Gov. Kathy Hochul visited the NYC CLC office this week to demonstrate her support for a package of bills that will significantly improve workers’ lives.

The bills were passed by the NYS legislature earlier this year and include meaningful legislation that will help retail workers, public service workers, building and construction trades workers and automobile technicians.

NYC CLC President Alvarez, NYS AFL-CIO President Mario Cilento, and leaders and representatives from the Building and Construction Trades, the UAW, Public Sector unions and Retail Workers were all on hand for the event.
