Wednesday, October 18, 1PM: BCTGM Local 390G members are taking it to IFF’s headquarters and they need our help! Nearly 200 Local 390G members have been on strike for FOUR MONTHS in Memphis against their employer, International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF), which makes soy protein for companies including Abbott, Nestle, Purina & Kind. They have been fighting to protect their union and preserve the critical protections they won in years past. The union is ready to get back to the bargaining table, but the company has refused to remove language that would strip their workers of time, benefits and money. These workers are standing up to corporate greed with a picket and rally here in NYC at IFF’s Headquarters!
