When Local 3, IBEW “A” journeyman Chris Kelly left work on Friday, the building trades at The Spiral (66 Hudson Blvd) worksite gave a special send-off to one of their own. Local 3 members working for Forest Electric organized the entire crew to erupt in applause as Chris walked off into retirement after 37 years in the electrical industry.
