Diplomat and Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologist, Fellow of the International College of Dentists, Graduate & Fellow of The Misch International Implant Institute surgical & prosthetic programs. Dr. Eugene D. Stanislaus received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, School of Dental Medicine in 1984. He continued his education and training by completing a one-year general practice residency at the Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. In 1985, he acquired the dental practice of his father, Dr. Lamuel Stanislaus, who retired the same year. Dr. Stanislaus has a wealth of expertise in dental implants, bone grafting, gum surgery, cosmetic dentistry and root canal therapy. Dr. Stanislaus is a Diplomat and Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologist, Fellow of the International College of Dentists, Graduate & Fellow of The Misch International Implant Institute surgical & prosthetic programs. He is also a member of The Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Stanislaus has obtained these credentials through rigorous testing and case presentations before his peers and has over 3,000 documented hours in continuing dental education. Dr. Stanislaus is committed to the delivery of excellent care to his patients. He attained his surgical & prosthetic implant expertise from the prestigious Misch International Implant Institute at the University of Pittsburgh under the instruction of the renowned Oral Implantologist, Dr. Carl Misch. He attained his expertise in cosmetic and restorative dentistry from The Dawson Center for advanced Dental Study with Dr. Peter Dawson, The Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education with Dr. Frank Spear and the KOIS Center with Dr. John Kois. He is also certified Invisalign. In keeping with his commitment to treat his patients with state of the art procedures and technology. Dr. Stanislaus is one of the few dentists in NYC who is certified in Periolase. This is the only FDA approved Laser procedure for the treatment of gum disease created by Millennium Technologies.
